What to do when Incorrect amount is dispensed from ATM?

Sometimes it happens when the required amount does not dispensed from ATM but the actual amount get deducted from your account.

Many people has faced this issue. Actually this is a technical fault of the ATM.

If this type of scenario happens then do the following:

1. Keep the ATM receipt with you for the reference number.

2. Contact Bank Immediately.

3. Check your Bank Statement also make a copy of your statement as proof.

4. Write and drop a complaint in the complaint box present in the ATM.

After explaining your problem with bank and after verification from bank’s end your money will be refunded in 7 working days.
